The Valle Group is a family-owned construction company founded in 1997 by Joseph and Joan Valle. Together with their son Christian they have grown the award-winning company into one of the leading builders in the region. The Valle Group has constructed a number of affordable homes and apartments on Cape Cod. 

Sustainable Energy Analytics was founded by Jeffery Rhodin in 2008 to assist homeowners and builders in meeting the challenge of reducing energy consumption within the reality of tight budgets. Jeff is assisting the team with analyzing the energy efficiency of our proposed designs.

Founded in 2012, Bernice Wahler Landscapes specializes in the detailed design of private residence, many of which are located on sensitive coastal sites, where the firm has a strong understanding of the regulatory and approval process. BWL has practiced with leading design firms in the United States and Asia.

Carol McLeod Design is a leading full service branding and communications design firm with over 25 years of experience of providing integrated marketing programs for some of the leading firms on Cape Cod and the Islands.

Michael Galasso is an affordable housing developer with over 25 years of experience in owning, developing, financing and managing affordable and work-force housing on Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard, and in New Bedford, Brockton and Southern California. His developments have won a number of architectural, historic restoration and urban planning awards. He currently works developing and redeveloping affordable housing in partnership with the nonprofit TRI and others.
